Interacting with the hiring manager to understand the job requirement.
Sourcing to find the right candidate by leveraging different tools like internal database, job portals(Naukri.com, Shine.com), and assignments to be handled.
Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.
Conducting preliminary telephonic round of interviews of of candidates before sending their profile to the H.R Managers / Recruiters.
Employee Engagement Activities/Events to be organized according to the event calender.
